How much is the shipping?

The cost of shipping varies depending on the destination and weight of the order. During the checkout process, you will be shown the exact shipping cost before finalizing your order. We also offer free shipping options for orders above a certain threshold. For more details, see our Shipping and Returns section.

The product is defective. What can I do about it?

Our used and vintage garments may show signs of wear or defects, always described and photographed with the utmost transparency. If you find an unreported defect, contact us right away: we will assess the case and find the best solution for you!

Can I return a product?

The Customer has the right to withdraw from the contract concluded with the Seller, free of charge and without having to justify the reasons, within a period of 14 working days from the day of receipt of the Products by the Customer or a third party designated by the Customer.

Is in-store pickup free?

No additional contribution for shipping costs shall be requested from the Customer for the delivery of the Products to the Shop.
Once the payment of the amount indicated in the order has been duly registered and confirmed, the Customer shall receive a communication by e-mail stating that the Product is available for delivery at the Shop.

My size is not available.

We deal in vintage garments and one-of-a-kind pieces, so most of our items are one size fits all. Unfortunately, we cannot guarantee the availability of specific sizes. However, if you need assistance or have questions about a garment, we are always available to help!
